Let’s just first say I know moms, lots of moms, for whom a craft beer Mother’s Day gift would be greatly appreciated.
It is, however, quickly approaching Father’s Day, the day when Pops gets his due. And no matter your budget, local beer enthusiasts/experts say, there’s something that you can give Dear Old (craft beer-loving) Dad that he just might like more than a tie or soap on a rope.
The great thing about this list is that it works for awesome grandfathers and uncles, brothers and family friends who fill the “Dad” role too.
For the dad who’s relatively new to craft beer, and might not have his favorite flavor profiles figured out yet, or who just likes trying a little of everything, Scott Riley, a member of the Lancaster County Brewers club, and Bill Collister, one of the owners at Columbia Kettle Works, Columbia, suggest a mixed six-pack.
